In the event that personal data of third parties are transmitted by Your Spain, the user guarantees that they are authorized to communicate such data and that they have provided the data subject with the appropriate information concerning their communication in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Purpose of Data Processing

• User Account: The legal basis for processing this data is the performance and provision of relevant services: managing ads and registering data to facilitate management and contact with the user. • Sending inquiries: Sending and managing reservation requests to owners or managers of holiday homes advertised on Your Spain. The legal basis for collecting this data is that it is required for preliminary communication necessary for future rental agreements or pre-contractual measures taken by the interested party. This data is stored as long as the commercial relationship persists and for the years necessary to fulfill all legal obligations.

Recipients

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties. Depending on the purpose, all collected personal data are classified as a form of personal identification. Such data may include names, surnames, nationality, identity card or passport numbers, as well as personal information such as date of birth, gender, contact details, telephone number, postal address, and email address. Additionally, these data may also concern tourist properties, including cadastral data, address, tourist license number, and bank details.
